We use your enquiry details to review the job, prepare your quote and communicate about your clean.
What we collect.
Quote requests ask for your name, email, optional phone number, neighbourhood or postal code, property details, preferred timing and cleaning priorities. Please do not include door codes, identity documents, payment card numbers or sensitive personal documents.
Where requests go.
The website is hosted by Netlify. Submitted requests are stored by Netlify Forms, which sends a notification to our business email at hello@elitecleanpro.ca. We review requests and cleaner availability before arranging the confirmed appointment in our business Google Calendar. Submitting the form does not automatically create a calendar event or send an invitation.
Email receipts and optional offers.
We use Resend to email an acknowledgement of your cleaning request. If you choose the optional offers checkbox, that email also includes our referral offer. To stop promotional offers, email hello@elitecleanpro.ca with the subject “Unsubscribe from offers”. Your cleaning request does not depend on opting into offers.
Who needs the information.
Business administrators use enquiry details to handle your request. Once work is agreed, the assigned cleaner receives the practical job information needed for the service. Marketing photos or public testimonials require separate permission.
Storage and access.
We keep enquiry and job information for handling requests, delivering service and maintaining necessary business records. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion. We review requests in light of any records we need to retain. Access instructions are arranged separately after confirmation.
Website measurement.
Search Console provides aggregated Google search performance. We use Ahrefs Web Analytics to measure website visits, traffic sources and pages viewed. We do not configure analytics events to include quote-form contact details or cleaning priorities. This website does not add advertising pixels. Hosting and service providers may process technical logs; Netlify processes submission metadata and spam checks. We do not add marketing tracking to your quote request.
