What happens after I send a request?
We review the property details, access, handover deadline and cleaner availability. You review and accept the written quote before we confirm your appointment. Submitting the form does not reserve a time or require payment details.
What needs a separate scope?
Carpet extraction, heavy lifting, waste removal, hazardous materials, pest contamination, work at height and specialist remediation are outside the general cleaning scope. Tell us about unusual conditions before requesting a date so we can discuss suitability.
