What the estimate assumes
The selected area includes all floors and basement areas to be cleaned. Each base includes one full bathroom, one kitchen, accessible surfaces and suitable floors. Full bathrooms have a bath or shower; half bathrooms have a toilet and sink. Bedrooms are not charged again because their area is included. Regular cleaning covers maintained surfaces; deep cleaning allows more detail; move-out assumes an empty home with utilities available. Ordinary products and equipment are assumed included, subject to the final quote. Parking or travel charges, if needed, are disclosed separately. Heavy buildup, specialist work, hazardous materials, wall washing and carpet extraction need review. No automatic rush or pet-ownership charge. The pet-hair allowance applies only when extra removal is requested.

Extras, supplies & exclusions
Oven and fridge interiors, interior windows and cabinet interiors must be listed in your quote. Supplies and product preferences are confirmed before the visit. Carpet extraction, heavy lifting, waste removal, hazardous materials and specialist remediation are outside this proposed scope.
What affects your cleaning price?
Your home's size, bathrooms, condition and extras affect the work. A regular visit keeps a maintained home clean. A deep clean allows more attention to agreed buildup. A move-out clean covers an empty home and the handover checklist we agree on.
What does my written quote include?
Your quote lists the cleaning checklist, total price, applicable taxes, supplies and any extras. It also explains payment, cancellation and rescheduling terms before you accept. Your preferred time is a request until we confirm cleaner availability.
Carpet extraction, waste removal, heavy lifting and hazardous or specialist cleanup are outside our general cleaning scope. A move-out clean cannot guarantee a deposit return.
