How much does house cleaning cost in Calgary?
Your quote depends on the size, condition, bathrooms, frequency and specific work. We provide a written quote before confirmation.
How is move-out cleaning different?
An empty property may need appliance interiors, inside storage, trim and other detail beyond maintenance cleaning. Include your handover deadline and requested checklist.
Is my appointment booked when I send the form?
No. You are requesting a quote and preferred timing. The appointment is confirmed separately after scope, price and cleaner availability are agreed.
Can I request weekly or bi-weekly visits?
Yes. Share preferred days and frequency. A recurring schedule depends on available cleaner coverage and the scope you accept.
Will I get the same cleaner?
Continuity is a preference we can discuss. Please ask about continuity when requesting a recurring schedule; a particular cleaner cannot be assumed.
Do you bring supplies?
Supplies, equipment and any product preferences must be agreed with the scope before confirmation. Tell us about sensitive surfaces and allergies.
What areas do you serve?
The launch focus is Calgary. Share your neighbourhood or postal code so we can check coverage. Surrounding-city availability is not assumed.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Contact us promptly. The applicable cancellation and rescheduling terms need to be provided before you accept a quote. Keep the terms with your booking confirmation.
Can I share photos with my landlord?
Discuss the completion record and intended recipients before the job. A cleaning record does not guarantee a deposit return.
How do I apply as an experienced cleaner?
Use the Work with us page to prepare an introduction. Please do not send ID, banking information or client access codes with an initial application.
