Deep cleaning questions
What’s the difference between a regular and a deep clean?
A regular clean keeps a maintained home tidy: kitchen and bathroom surfaces, dusting and floors. A deep clean adds the detail work, like degreasing the stovetop and hood, descaling taps and glass, and hand-wiping baseboards, frames and switches.
How often should I book a deep clean?
Most homes book one for a first visit, a seasonal reset or before guests. After that, regular visits keep your home maintained between deep cleans.
Is cleaning inside the oven and fridge included?
No. Inside the oven, inside the fridge, grout scrubbing, inside cabinets and interior windows are add-ons. Ask when you book and they’ll be listed in your quote.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. Your cleaner brings their own supplies and equipment. Prefer your own products? Just tell us and we’ll use them.
Do I need to be home?
No. Share your entry arrangements and we’ll arrange access with you before your visit. Keep door and alarm codes out of your booking request.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel or reschedule free with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice are charged 50% of the visit, and cancellations once your cleaner arrives are charged in full.
