03 / Damage Process

If we break something.

Things go wrong. A wine glass slips, a fragile frame falls, a delicate finish marks. We don't pretend it doesn't happen. We publish exactly what we do when it does — so you know what to expect before signing on.

Tell us within 48 hours.

Email your named account contact, or reply to the quality report. Send photos of the damage. The 48-hour window keeps the timeline tight enough to investigate fairly — for both sides.

We acknowledge within 24 hours.

A written reply from your named contact — no shared inbox, no automated response. We confirm we've received the report and outline next steps in plain English.

We review with the team.

Lead and team are interviewed. Photos from the quality report are reviewed against your photos. We're looking for the truth — not for ways to dispute the claim.

We respond with one of three outcomes.

Outcome A: We repair or replace at our cost. Fast, no paperwork. Outcome B: We file with our insurance and manage the claim — you never call adjusters. Outcome C: We explain in writing why we believe the damage was not caused by our team, with evidence. You can dispute. We can mediate.

Resolution within 14 days.

For Outcome A and C: resolved in 14 days from report. For Outcome B (insurance claims), 30 days is typical — but we manage the adjuster relationship, not you.

04 / Cancellation

Cancel anytime.

Calgary's cleaning market has too many companies that lock customers into subscriptions, charge $250 to cancel, or require 90 days notice. We don't. The terms below are the entire policy — no addenda, no special exceptions.

The team is already dispatched and supplied for your visit. Half the booking covers the lost slot and the dispatch cost. This is the only late-cancel fee on the site.

If the team arrives within the booked window and access has not been provided, the visit is charged in full. We text 30 minutes out so this should never happen.

What is the satisfaction guarantee?

Every clean is scored room-by-room against the 100-point checklist system. If any room scores under 95, we return the next day at no charge to re-clean. No questions, no negotiation, no escalation required. The booking link arrives with your quality report.

How quickly do you respond to complaints?

Do I get the same cleaning team every visit?
