How much does cleaning cost?

Standard residential cleans start at $139 per visit for 1–2 bedroom homes. Weekly recurring is $118, bi-weekly is $125. Move-out cleans start at $279 by bedroom count. Commercial cleaning is quoted per site after a walkthrough.

Do you offer free quotes?

Yes. Residential and move-out quotes are instant — pick bedroom count and frequency, see the price. Commercial requires a 30–45 minute walkthrough (no charge) followed by a written scope and flat quote within 48 hours.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. Recurring residential service is a recurring slot we hold for you, not a debt you owe. Cancel any time, no fee. Commercial accounts sign a written scope of work but can cancel with 30 days notice.

Do you charge by the hour?

No. Every visit is flat-priced at booking. If the clean takes longer than expected, that's our problem to solve — not your invoice line. No "additional time" surcharges, ever.

What's included in a standard residential clean?

100 checkpoints across kitchen (22 items), bathrooms (18 each), bedrooms (15 each), living areas (20), entry and hallways (12), laundry (8), and office (5). The full per-room list is published. Every visit produces a quality report with scores and photo evidence.

What's the difference between recurring and move-out cleaning?

Recurring is 100 checkpoints applied to a maintained space. Move-out adds 50 vacancy-specific items — inside oven, inside fridge, inside cabinets, all baseboards, all blinds, wall scuff treatment. Total move-out scope: 150 checkpoints, flat-priced by bedroom from $279.

Do you wash dishes or do laundry?

No on dishes (we'll clear the sink to access counters, but we won't run loads). No on laundry. Both are common reasons cleaning services run over time, so we publish them as out-of-scope rather than discovering it on the visit.

What's out of scope

Do you clean inside ovens and refrigerators?

Not on standard recurring cleans. Yes on move-out cleans (it's a defined part of the 100-point scope). Available as a +$80 deep-clean add-on for recurring customers who want it on a specific visit.

Do you do commercial cleaning?

Yes. Six verticals — office buildings, medical and dental clinics, retail and showrooms, gyms and studios, post-construction sites, and multi-tenant common areas. Same operational system across all six. Pricing is per-site after a walkthrough.

Are you background-checked?

Commercial General Liability, against theft, WCB Alberta coverage on every team member, and commercial auto liability. Certificate of Insurance issued within one business day for commercial accounts.

What if your team damages something?

Report within 48 hours. Your named account contact acknowledges within 24 hours. We respond with one of three documented outcomes: repair or replace at our cost, file with our insurance and manage the claim ourselves, or explain in writing why we believe we didn't cause it.

Are your cleaning products safe for kids and pets?

Yes. BioSmart is our four-component system: hypochlorous acid for disinfection, enzyme cleaners for organic waste, colour-coded microfibre for surfaces, HEPA filtration for the air. No bleach, no ammonia, no quats, no added fragrance. Runs on every visit, no extra cost.

Do you do background checks on your team?

Yes. Every team member completes a Canadian criminal record check before first shift, plus references and previous-employer verification. WHMIS hazard communication training is completed before any chemical handling.

04 / Cancellation

Cancellation & guarantee.

How to cancel, what the re-clean threshold is, and what happens if you're not satisfied.

How do I cancel my service?

Recurring service: cancel any time, no fee, no notice required. One-time booking: cancel by 8pm the day before for no charge. Same-day cancellations are 50% of the booking. No subscription locks, no $250-to-quit traps.

What is the satisfaction guarantee?

Every clean is scored room-by-room against the 100-point checklist system. If any room scores under 95, we return the next day at no charge. The booking link arrives with your quality report — no phone calls, no escalation required.

What if I'm not satisfied with the work?

Email your named account contact, or reply to the quality report. Written response within 24 hours, seven days a week. If a room scored under 95, the re-clean is automatic. Otherwise, we work with you on what to do next.

Can I skip a recurring visit?

Yes, any time. Recurring service means we hold a slot for you — not that you owe us. Skip a week, take a month off, come back when you want. No skip fees, no penalties.

Process & logistics.

How visits run day-to-day — access, timing, supplies, and crew.

Do I need to be home during the clean?

No. Most recurring clients provide a key or access code at signup. You'll know who's coming (the same named team is assigned to your space) and when (SMS 30 minutes before arrival). Quality report in your inbox within an hour of departure.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Yes. Full BioSmart kit (hypochlorous acid, enzyme cleaners, colour-coded microfibre), HEPA-filtered backpack vacuums, mops, and everything else needed for the 100-point checklist. You don't supply anything.

How long does a clean take?

Standard residential: typically 2 hours for 1–2 bedrooms, scaling with home size. Move-out: 4–9 hours by bedroom count. Commercial: per the scoped agreement. Times are estimates — flat pricing means actual time isn't your concern.

Do I get the same cleaning team every visit?

Yes, for recurring clients. The same A+ team is assigned to your space across visits. If a member is unavailable, you receive written notice and the substitute's profile in advance. No surprise cleaners.

Do you serve downtown high-rises and condos?

Yes. Downtown Calgary (Beltline, Eau Claire, East Village, Mission, Bridgeland) is well within our service zone. We work with condo board access protocols and elevator booking requirements as part of the visit scope.
